I'm sick of seeing the phrase "yellow, chunky bile instead of blood". What you're trying to describe is oil-crisco mix, left to rot. It's not blood. It's food oil and whatever the heck is in crisco, sometimes with spices or fry bits left in. I've worked with fries for nearly my whole life, I know what the mix looks like when you leave it locked up a few years. I think the oldest I found was, like, seven years old?
